Terms & Conditions
- All rentals are payable in EUROS.
- 25% booking deposit upon reservation
- Final payment 4 weeks prior plus 350 € security deposit
- Prices are for the rental of the entire property, per week.
- Bookings run from Saturday 5pm to Saturday 10am and include electricity, water, linen and towels (not beach towels).
- No smoking in the property.
- The weekly rental rate includes 4 hours cleaning each Saturday (be that either your day of departure or mid-stay). If extra cleaning is required it will be charged at €25 per hour and deducted from the security bond.

Description
Charming townhouse in the middle of Montauroux, a medieval hilltop village just 30 min from Cannes and 45 min from Nice. The house is facing south and has a lovely terasse with wonderful views of Four Seasons and Terre Blanche with two 18 holes golf courses and Callian which is just 2 km away.
The house is located near the church in a quiet side with no thru traffic and several restaurants, the butcher, bakeries and market are all within walking distance.
One the market square you can soak up the French village atmosphere while watching the locals play boule.
The house is completely restored and is divided on two floors. Ground floor has the entrance area, one king bed room and two twin bed rooms, bathroom with shower and separate toilet. The open living area with kitchen and dining is on the first floor and also has access to the terasse. The living area had fireplace, B&O TV and DVD player.
