- All rentals are payable in EUROS.
- 25% booking deposit upon reservation
- Final payment 4 weeks prior plus 350 € security deposit
- Prices are for the rental of the entire property, per week.
- Bookings run from Saturday 5pm to Saturday 10am and include electricity, water, linen and towels (not beach towels).
- No smoking in the property.
- The weekly rental rate includes 5 hours cleaning each Saturday (be that either your day of departure or mid-stay). If extra cleaning is required it will be charged at €25 per hour and deducted from the security bond.

The traditional Provençal house in Montauroux is nestled in a tiny hamlet in the woods that surround Lac de St Cassien on the outskirts of Montauroux. The environs of the lake offer visitors a multitude of activities from hiking, cycling and horse riding to sailing, canoeing or a more leisurely cruise on a pedalo.
It is a traditional stone bastide, with some parts dating back over 400 years and has been sympathetically renovated to a high standard using local terracotta tile flooring throughout, keeping all roof beams in situ, giving a lovely authentic ambiance. Quality fixtures and furnishings throughout, original art and a modern kitchen with american fridge/freezer and all appliances. Laundry cellar.
Accommodation is extensive, consisting of 5 double bedrooms, 2 en suite bathrooms and one family bathroom. Living room with UK satellite TV and large dining room.
The out door kitchen is extremly well appointed; with its stone pizza oven, fridge, freezer, dish washer, cooker, oven and large BBQ grill. The garden is fully enclosed, making it suitable for children and has, as its focus, a 12m x 5m swimming pool and playground.
