Terms & Conditions
- All rentals are payable in EUROS.
- 25% booking deposit upon reservation
- Final payment 4 weeks prior plus 350 € security deposit
- Prices are for the rental of the entire property, per week.
- Bookings run from Saturday 5pm to Saturday 10am and include electricity, water, linen and towels (not beach towels).
- No smoking in the property.
- The weekly rental rate includes 4 hours cleaning each Saturday (be that either your day of departure or mid-stay). If extra cleaning is required it will be charged at €25 per hour and deducted from the security bond.

Superb amenities all around; the beautiful village of Montauroux is just a few minutes away with café bars and restaurants. Many more restaurants within a 5 mins drive – especially in the neighbouring, perched village of Callian. Supermarket and all shops, including wonderful, weekly Farmers’ Market all within 5 min.
Cannes and Mediterranean beaches only 30 mins away.
The property is perfectly designed to ensure you enjoy its unique situation to the full. The covered terrace will become the center of your home, starting with the first croissant of the day to the glass of chilled rose as you watch the sun set. The covered terrace also has a large bbq.
The terrace is extensive allowing for comfortable relaxation. The pool is huge and comes with many inflatable toys to keep even the most active of guests amused during your stay.
On the east terraces of the property there is also a small playground for our younger guests.
The entire interior décor is designed to give a light and open feel to the house. Italian marble floors throughout, modern fixtures and fittings and two luxury bathrooms set a high standard. Furthermore, you’ll find a modern B&O TV with DVD player, American style stainless steel fridge/freezer, separate wine fridge and a book/DVD library which we are sure will help in making it the ideal home for you to enjoy.
