The entire house faces south-west with superb views over the valley and Callian. The property includes extensive sunny and shady terraces and a large saltwater swimming pool. The area is renowned for its mild climate and boasts 280 days of sunshine a year. The new golf course of Terre Blanche can be seen across the valley and there is a glimpse of the Mediterranean through a dip in the hills.
The upstairs comprises three double bedrooms, all of which have the most spectacular views across the valley. The master bedroom has its own en-suite 2 basin bathroom which also has a wonderful view across the valley. The second bedroom has two single beds and its own wash hand basin. The third bedroom is adjacent to a luxury 2 basin bathroom. The upper hall has a door which leads to the higher terraces, the outdoor kitchen complete with gas fired barbecue and a fridge, upper garden and the pool. The downstairs is split level with a large open fireplace in the comfortable family sitting room which has a satellite flat screen TV. Three steps lead up to the dining area and open plan kitchen. Pale terracotta floors throughout with light walls give the house a wonderful open air feeling and where a really stunning view may enjoyed from all windows. The house has been completely renovated and redecorated throughout; it is fully furnished and equipped with linen / kitchen machines (including American style fridge/freezer) / china etc. There are also ample terraces outside for dining. A third fully equipped bathroom is situated downstairs, plus a cloakroom. A gardener and cleaner visit once per week.
